A Place to Rest and Get Back To Living

At the heart of what Avad means is to serve, worship and work. Our vision for Goshen and surrounding communities is provide a place where service, worship and work are all intertwined to better you. We place a great emphasis on building relationships and trust with the people who trust us with their health.

The journey begins when we can all come together to form a place where you belong and get your wellness needs met. We are all working together for a better life. If that sounds like you then come join us this journey.
