When you arrive as a new patient you'll complete simple intake paperwork so we have your health history and current concerns on file; after that the doctor will assess you and, if you prefer, place gentle heat on your back to relax the tissues. Treatment begins with more superficial muscle work to reduce tension before moving into the chiropractic adjustment tailored to your needs. We do not take x-rays or prescribe fixed treatment plans—care is individualized, so some patients require more visits while others feel improved with minimal follow-up.
